Eric Sweeney, Founder / President
As Founder and President, Sweeney is responsible for everything that Veribooks does or fails to do. A former owner/principle of several franchises and small business ventures, Sweeney has worked in the SMB segment for over 20 years. He is an active alumnus of multiple small business organizations including Vistage, Entrepreneur Organization and The Strategic Coach. John Tolbert, Partner
Tolbert works with partner Eric Sweeney on the firm's strategy, financing and marketing functions. Tolbert also oversees the partnership's revenue generation initiatives. Tolbert痴 first franchise experience was as sales manager for a shipping franchise where he grew the business to over $1M in revenue during the first year. At the age of 27, he purchased his first franchise and grew the business to over $2M in less than 18 months. In 2006 he joined Sweeney to launch a merchant services business where they successfully acquired over 3,000 clients through affiliates and associations. Lori Harris, VP Business Development
Lori Harris will help you sell more. Her goal with Veribooks is to help Veribooks franchisor and franchisee clients grow revenue. In her 20's - barely out of college - Lori had her first business growth success when her start-up consulting firm in Sydney grew to 60% market share in 3 years. She repeated that success with an international telecom company in Hong Kong and since 2004 has developed on-line marketing strategies and lead generation activities that dramatically increased revenues for her own and other local small businesses. Lori is a graduate of Georgia Tech and studiously avoids talking to Tolbert about college football. |

Daniel C. Henning, Accounting Advisor / CPA / PFS / CFP
Along with his duties at Veribooks, Henning also serves as a partner in the tax accounting practice of Atkinson, Henning & Associates, P.C. In this position he frequently lectures on financial and retirement planning strategies for transitioning executives and employees. Henning began his accounting career in 1991 and has developed a specialization in financial and tax planning for small business owners and "high net worth" individuals.
